The ART Film Fest - TAFF
Lilium is honored to contribute to the launch of a new event, TAFF – The Art Film Festival hosted by Cristina Mazzantini, the Director of Rome’s
National Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art - GNAM, one of the most prestigious museums in Italy. “It hosts 20,000 works – paintings, drawings, sculptures and installations. This is the
only national museum entirely dedicated to modern and contemporary art. It is a place of research and experimentation where one can think about languages, exhibition experiences and the role of contemporary museums”.
Lilium has been appointed as the festival's editorial consultant, inviting producers to submit their documentaries to the festival.
The festival, will be held from 10 to 13 September 2024, in the Kosuth Hall of the GNAM where the selected six documentaries will be screened to the public and awarded by a specialized jury.
The documentaries will be chosen among domestic and international productions focused on art in its various expressions: painting, sculpture, photography, video art, etc.

The National Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art in Rome together with Inside Art, a publishing house that has been a point of reference in the world of art and culture
in Italy for 20 years, in collaboration with Lilium Distribution present The Art Film Fest (TAFF), the first documentary Festival ever held in a prestigious Museum in Rome.
A project born on the initiative of the Director of GNAM Mrs. Cristina Mazzantini, dedicated to exploring and promoting the relationship between cinema and art. Under the new management, the Gallery aims to
become a centre of attraction and dialogue for the various protagonists of the all-round art world.
